Origamic Applications & Services

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the applications, websites, platforms, chatbot tools, educational resources, coaching services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Origamic Solutions LLC (“Origamic,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and under appropriate parental or guardian supervision.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Origamic may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services as needed to comply with applicable law or a governmental order. Some features may be unavailable or vary by location due to legal or regulatory requirements Any such change will not constitute a breach of these Terms, and you are not entitled to any remedy solely because of the change, except to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law.
The Services are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Origamic does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, employment, tax, therapeutic, or other licensed professional advice through the Services. Any information, guidance, recommendations, coaching, AI-generated responses, or educational materials made available through the Services are general in nature and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and applying any information obtained through the Services.

Origamic does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that any reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk. You should independently verify important information before making decisions based on AI-generated responses.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide information including name, email address, and optional company or website information. You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and notify Origamic promptly of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
The Services may permit users to upload, submit, store, transmit, or otherwise provide content, including documents, prompts, text, files, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Origamic a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services.

By creating an account, submitting information, downloading the applications, or otherwise using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Origamic, including:

User information may be stored internally within Origamic systems and approved service providers supporting operation of the Services. Origamic does not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for independent marketing purposes. While Origamic implements commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect user information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Origamic cannot guarantee absolute security.
Certain Services may provide access to coaching, consulting, or related services through third-party platforms or payment processors.

Any purchases, coaching arrangements, or payment transactions conducted through third-party providers are governed by the terms and policies of those providers or a separate agreement with Origamic.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, technology, prompts, methodologies, educational materials, frameworks, content, graphics, branding, interfaces, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property, are owned by Origamic or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other applicable laws.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

Origamic does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including AI providers, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, or external websites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGAMIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.
Origamic does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
Origamic makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding any outcomes or results arising from use of the Services. The Services are intended to provide educational, informational, and general guidance only. Individual results may vary significantly based on numerous factors outside Origamic’s control.
Origamic does not guarantee business success, revenue generation, employment outcomes, career advancement, productivity improvements, educational achievement, accuracy of AI-generated outputs, or any specific personal or professional result. Any examples, testimonials, demonstrations, or illustrative scenarios provided through the Services are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance or outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIGAMIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICES, AI-GENERATED CONTENT, USER CONTENT, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. ORIGAMIC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Origamic and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:

Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide proceedings.

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Origamic regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the Services.
