RAMP UP is a coaching app run by Origamic Solutions. It is built around a simple idea: coaching only works if you can be honest, and you can only be honest if you're not worried about where your answers end up. So the app is designed to hold as little about you as it can while still working.
These are stored in your browser's local storage on the device you're using. They are not transmitted to us, and we have no way to read them:
Because this data lives only with you, clearing your browser data, using a private window, or switching devices will lose it — that's the trade for us not keeping a copy. If you want a record of an assessment or your goals, use the Copy or Email a copy buttons the app provides, which put the text into your own clipboard or your own email app.

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. The app doesn't ask for your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
Emailing your results is always something you choose, per set of results. Two different things can happen depending on which button you press:
Your coach keeps the emails you send them, in their own mailbox, in the same way any other email you send them is kept. This policy covers the app; it can't delete an email out of somebody's inbox.
There's an unticked box on the assessment form that says "Send me occasional coaching tips." If you tick it, we keep your email address so we can do that. If you don't, we don't — and nothing else about the app changes either way.
If you do tick it: we'll send coaching content, occasional news about what Robert is running, and nothing else. We don't sell or rent the list, and we don't pass your address to anyone outside the providers listed in section 6 who help us send the mail. Every message carries an unsubscribe link. You can also just email us at any time and we'll take you off the list — we do that by hand, so give us a few working days, and you'll get no further tips once it's done.
Booking a discovery call hands you over to Microsoft Bookings, which runs on Microsoft's own systems and collects the name, email and any notes you type into its form so the appointment can be made. That's separate from the app and covered by Microsoft's privacy terms and ours as the business receiving the booking.
Paid sessions are not bookable or payable inside the app at the moment, and the app has never asked anyone for card details — payment happens on an invoice sent to you. When in-app paid booking is switched on, booking one will mean giving your name, email and what you'd like to focus on, and an invoice being raised through our billing provider, TheInvoicePath. We'll update this page before that goes live.
We use a small number of service providers to make the app work. They process data on our behalf, and none of them are given anything to use for their own marketing:
These providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside your country. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising.
RAMP UP is built for people at the start of their working lives. You must be 18 or older to use it, and you confirm that the first time you open the app. (The Terms of Use allow a narrow exception for a supervised minor where the law permits it; we don't operate one — the app asks everybody to confirm they're 18.) It isn't designed or intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used it and sent us something, email us and we'll remove it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information — for example to access, correct, delete or restrict use of it, or to object to it. Email us and we'll honour them.
Traffic to and from the app is encrypted. The keys that let the server read the database are held server-side only and are never sent to your browser. Access to the coach-facing admin area is gated behind a PIN with a cap on guesses. No system is perfect, and we'd rather say that than pretend otherwise — but there is deliberately very little here to lose.
If we change what the app collects, we'll change this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the app itself rather than quietly edited in here.
